Position Overview:

We're seeking a positive, energetic individual to join us as a Hospitality and Guest Services Representative. This role offers the opportunity to engage with guests at the front desk while also taking care of kitchen duties to ensure a delightful breakfast experience.

Responsibilities:

Front Desk and Guest Services:

• Welcome guests with a warm and friendly demeanor, ensuring superior satisfaction from check-in to check-out.
• Assist guests with reservations for both our hotel rooms and vacation homes, utilizing our online reservation system, Airbnb, and VRBO.
• Respond to guest inquiries and provide information about local attractions and activities in the Columbia Gorge area.

Requirements:

• Must have a reliable all-weather vehicle, valid driver's license, and insurance.
• Current Oregon food handlers card preferred.
• Flexible schedule with availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Customer service oriented with a positive attitude.
• Excellent phone and communication skills.
• Knowledge of the Columbia Gorge area is helpful.
• Willingness to learn online reservation systems.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Bilingual in Spanish/English is beneficial but not required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Comfortability in the kitchen helping prep food for guests.

Compensation:

• $17-$20 based on experience

Schedule:

• Seasonal part-time (around 32 hours) with opportunity for full time
• Flexibility in scheduling is required, including availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
